- Please note there is a four-night minimum stay and a five-night minimum stay during Peak Season.
- Rates include round-trip airport transfer (pick up and drop off) for all villa guests as well as use of the Villa car and driver for up to 8 hours each day during your stay for which guests pay petrol only.
- An extra luggage vehicle will be provided at minimal cost for groups of more than four guests.
- Additional bedroom with Queen-sized bed available on request for US$75/night. Please contact us for details.
- All rates are subject to additional 10% government tax and 5% service charge.

All incidental charges must be paid at time of check out in Indonesian Rupiah or US dollars (no credit cards). A deposit of US$100 (or Rupiah equivalent) per guest over the age of five must be given to the manager on arrival and topped up as necessary to cover incidentals.

Booking Conditions
- A deposit of 50% of rental amount must be received by Villa Dukuh management within seven working days of confirmation of the reservation in order to guarantee reservation.
- Final payment is required at least 21 days prior to arrival (except in cases of last minute bookings, in which case entire payment is required on confirmation of reservation)
- Check-in after 1pm on day of arrival; check-out by 11.30am on day of departure
- A late check out (until 20.00) can be guaranteed by payment of 50% of the daily rate
- Payments can be made in US dollars or Indonesian Rupiah, via electronic transfer (no credit card payments)
- Deposits and final payments are non-refundable. Bookings may be exchanged for a comparable period of time (length of time and season) to within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability
- US dollar rates are converted to local currency at time of billing
- Rates and taxes are subject to change
- Damage or loss: If the property suffers from damage or loss as a result of a member of the booking party or one of it’s guests, the cost to repair or purchase replacement items will be added to the final account.
- Liability: No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings of the guest(s) during the holiday. Villa Dukuh’s owners will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise including exceptional weather conditions.
